Returnable and Non-Returnable Items:

Returnable Items:

Items that are returnable within 14 days of delivery for a store credit only.

• New, unworn item with tag still attached
• Damaged items - You have 2 days from receipt of order to notify us of any damages - customerservice@smoochiesclothing.com
• We will pay the return shipping cost if there is an error on our part.
• Exchanges - We will try to accommodate an exchange but the return shipping will be your responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any item that has been worn, washed, used, damaged or if the tags are removed
• All hats and jewelry is final, no returns.
• Any Intimates, Bras
• Final Sale Items
